Almost started a fire

This item malfunctioned, a stack of papers about five pages was accidentally placed on top of it, and nearly started a fire. there should not be any heat from this unless there’s something having enough weight engage the heat plate.
The paperwork was accidentally set on top of the hot plate, but definitely not heavy enough to engage, and the heat plate is no longer working unless I push down with my hand, a coffee cup is not heavy enough to engage it now so something has malfunctioned .
I purchased this last spring and I am no longer eligible for a replacement or refund and just about burned down my office

Keeps beverages warm NOT hot

Doesn’t keep beverages hot, just warm and I love my tea and coffee hot. So I was very disappointed about that but decided to keep it anyway

It works great

It has three heat settings. I like my coffee very hot and its perfect for that. It blinks when it’s turned off and still hot. It’s also durable. If it falls of my coffee table it won’t be damaged. Also not expensive.

Great gift!

I bought these for teacher appreciation gifts and the recipients loved them! The light blue ones just add a pop of color and I’ve been told they keep their coffee warm ALL day. What a sweet treat for deserving educators. I plan on buying one for my desk!

Does the job, wish it had some safety features

Good value for the price, and it definitely keeps your coffee warm. I do wish it had a safety feature where it could turn off on its own, or a less sensitive on/off button. It goes on easily and gets very hot, so it can be dangerous with little kids.
